My journey at LWIB evolved from Historian Shadow role to the organization's President. This path unlocked hidden leadership abilities and solidified my passion for creating supportive spaces for women, emphasizing mentorship and collaboration.
This experience has been, as Gen Z women would say, "girlhood ✨," but amplified.

2022-2023
My journey at LWIB began as a Historian Shadow, providing valuable insights into the organization's operations without the full commitment of a leadership role. This foundational experience prepared me for taking on the Historian position.
As the Historian, I unexpectedly discovered my leadership potential. While often seen as a support role, this position allowed me to develop strong leadership and teamwork skills. Beyond managing the organization's digital presence and brand identity, I actively contributed to its overall success by collaborating with three fellow e-board members to plan and execute events, and by representing the organization at tabling events.
This experience revealed the challenges of managing limited resources, mirroring the obstacles faced by startup businesses. It was during this time that my childhood entrepreneurial spirit was reignited.
2023-2024
As the chief executive officer and face of LWIB, I aimed to propel the organization forward. My responsibilities included overseeing operations, strategic planning, decision-making, and team management.
Key accomplishments during my presidency include:

Team Building & Event Planning: Led a team of six e-board officers in planning and executing 15 events, including the first-ever LEE WIB panel and a series of business professional development workshops curated by the e-board and business professionals.

Membership Growth: Increased membership by 65% by cultivating an inclusive, supportive, and fun community.

Membership Engagement: Implemented a gamified approach using an Active Membership Point System to incentivize members' professional development and active participation within LWIB.
